Personal Injury Protection – Personal Injury Protection (PIP) is an endorsement that adds no-fault benefits. no-Fault means that in the event of an automobile accident, each party collects from his or her own insurer regardless of fault. The PIP endorsement is only available in certain states with No-Fault Laws. The endorsement applies only to bodily injury and not to property damage. (The state of Michigan is the exception to property damage.) No-Fault Laws vary widely from state to state.


• Injury To Your Employees

Workers Compensation – Provides state benefits for employees injured on the job

Occupational Accident – An alternative to Workers Compensation which provides medical and loss of income up to
set limits in the policy. This does not relieve your responsibility under the Workers Compensation law.


• Bonds

Construction – Guarantees your performance under a contract

Notary – Required of all notaries

Court Bonds – Various types required by a court of law

Surety Bonds - A three-party agreement providing for monetary compensation or satisfactory completion of an
obligation by the surety should there be a failure to perform specified acts within a stated period of time.

Fidelity Bonds - Indemnifies the insured for loss caused by dishonest or fraudulent acts of its employees. Also
known as Dishonesty Insurance or Crime Coverage.
